Spark the Journey does not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise share mailing lists or database information.

To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, Spark the Journey maintains physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

Spark the Journey provides links to other websites that may contain information of interest to our visitors. Spark the Journey takes no responsibility for and exercises no control over, third-party organizations’ privacy policies, security practices, views, or the accuracy of any information contained on other such sites.
Donor Privacy Policy
Spark the Journey is committed to respecting the privacy of its financial and in-kind donors, whether the donation is made online, by mail, or any other method. We will not sell, share or trade our donors’ names or personal information with any other entity, nor send mailings to our donors on behalf of other organizations unless a donor has given us specific permission to do so.
Credit card transactions on the Spark the Journey website are processed by Give Lively. The transactions are governed by Give Lively’s privacy policy. Spark the Journey may communicate with you by sending electronic quarterly newsletters or other email or text notices. If you received a message in error, or no longer wish to receive communications from Spark the Journey, you may opt-out of future mailings by selecting “unsubscribe” at the bottom of each message or replying “STOP” to opt-out of text messages.
To the extent any donations are processed through a third-party service provider, our donors’ information will only be used for purposes necessary to process the donation.
Children’s Privacy
The Site is designed for a general audience and is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children under the age of 13 through the Site. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under the age of 13 through the Site, we will promptly delete the information from our records. If you believe that a child under the age of 13 may have provided us with personal information, contact us as specified in the Questions section of this Privacy Policy.
Do Not Track Signals
The Site does not currently respond to web browser “do not track” signals or other mechanisms that provide a method to opt out of the collection of information across websites or other online services. If we do so in the future, we will describe how we do so in this Privacy Policy.
