Rachel is the Director of Evaluation at CPE where she leads the organization’s impact measurement and data management and is passionate about implementing data-driven best practices for youth development.
What college did you attend?
I attended Brandeis University for my undergraduate studies and Syracuse University for graduate school.
If you could learn to do anything, what would it be?
I have always wanted to learn how to code.
What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
I am currently learning how to do macramé and I also enjoy going on hikes, baking and photography.
If you could meet anyone, who would it be?
I would love to meet Dolores Huerta, one of my role models in the labor movement.
What three traits define you?
The three traits that best describe me are curious, intentional and outgoing.
What’s the most rewarding aspect about your role at CPE?
I would definitely say the people I work with really make the CPE experience a fulfilling one. I am fortunate to get to touch every team at CPE and help connect the folks on the ground with the larger community who support our work.
What is your favorite part about working for CPE?
My favorite part about working for CPE is all of the opportunities for creative problem solving and developing new systems to enhance our ability to measure our impact and capture data in streamlined ways.
